If you have an Amazon account already enter your information, if not click towards the bottom of the box Create your Amazon account. 

Once you are in your account or have created an account follow the remaining steps to list the Charismatic center as your Charitable donation. 

While in your account go to upper right top side of your screen where it says Accounts and List:

• Click on Accounts & Lists
• Click on Charity List (On the left side of the dropdown menu)
• Click on Get Started button (yellow)
• Enter Catholic Charismatic Center Inc. in box
• Click select
• Click Yes I understand
• Start Shopping (Donating)

It will automatically donate when you are logged in under smile. Amazon
